We ship Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. central standard time. We are closed weekends and holidays including the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas and Christmas Eve. We may choose to be closed other days surrounding any holidays, please order in a timely manner. We try to ship same day your payment is received and at least within two (2) shipping days. We ship UPS and USPS depending on the items, weight, time etc. We reserve the right to decide which shipping is best. We only ship Priority Mail or Express Mail (if additional is paid) and UPS Ground or UPS other services (if additional is paid). We do ship internationally Worldwide. Please remember when choosing your shipping option that only small flat items will fit in a flat rate envelope. We have no control over the package once it leaves our building. International shipping items must pass thru customs and there is no guarantee on an arrival time due to customs. International customers are responsible for any additional fees, tarrifs, taxes, etc. incurred by your country. Each country varies and we can not know what charges apply out of the USA.If for some reason you are overcharged for shipping we will refund the overage back to you. Please include a phone number with your order in case there is a problem we would not call for any other reason.
